Integra LifeSciences launched the DuraGen Plus Dural Regeneration Matrix—Spinal Matrix, a product to assist in repairing the fibrous membrane surrounding brain tissue and spinal cord, according to an Integra news release.
The DuraGen Plus Dural Regeneration Matrix—Spinal Matrix is an absorbable and sutureless collagen onlay which can be used to repair the dura matter ? instead of suturing or applying a dural graft. This procedure prevents cerebrospinal fluid leaks.
