Carlsbad, Calif.-based Spinal Elements relocated its corporate headquarters within the city to an office space with 31,500 square feet more than the original location. Spinal Elements' first headquarters was 8,500 square feet, and the new facility — located at 3115 Melrose Drive — has more than 40,000 square feet. The expansion was necessary to accommodate the company's employees and plans for future growth.
