IlluminOss Medical, a privately held, commercial stage medical device company, appointed Frederick Tobia as vice president of regulatory and clinical affairs.

Former Group Finance Director Steve Barrow stepped down from the Victrex board of directors after 19 years, effective Jan. 31, 2014. He will be succeeded by Louisa Burdett. Victrex is the parent company of Invibio Biomaterial Solutions.

Smith & Nephew appointed Roberto Quarta as a non-executive director and chairman-elect.
