RTI Surgical unveiled the new Precision Allograft Cartilage Kit at the 2014 American Orthopaedic Society for Sports Medicine annual meeting in Seattle.
PACK is the company's new instrumentation set for osteochondral allograft resurfacing. It is intended to improve precision and minimize trauma to the cartilage with its surgical technique. It also includes a coring station that articulates to several different angles, accommodating surgeon preference when coring the plug from the allograft.
