Ronda Stryker is at it again — just three days after selling 21,000 company shares in a $1.6 million transaction, the Stryker director sold 14,000 more shares on Aug. 15, according to a WatchList News report.
The shares sold earlier this month — on Aug. 5 — were sold at $79.81 per share. This time, Ms. Stryker sold her shares for $80.69 per share with a total transaction valued at more than $1.1 million. She now directly owns 174,605 shares of the company's stock, valued at $14 million.
In the month of July, Ms. Stryker sold 21,000 shares in two separate transactions, totaling more than $1.7 million. The company's stock opened at $80.99 per share on Aug. 18 and has a market cap of $30.79 billion.
The company's second quarter net sales grew 6.8 percent to $2.4 billion, with acquisitions accounting for 2.1 percent of the company's growth.
