Amendia has acquired the iO-Flex and iO-Tome product lines and technology rights to add to Amendia's growing list of spinal surgical instruments, according to their website.
Amendia was able to acquire the lines through a court supervised auction from the lines' creator Baxano Surgical. Amendia will be welcoming Baxano employees and customers into its fold.
Amendia CEO Jeff Smith noted on the website, "The Baxano asset auction presented the perfect opportunity to expand our product portfolio to meet all of our customers' needs across the continuum of care."
