The FDA has cleared DeGen Medical's CONNECT-L Transverse Connector.
Here are four points:
1. The connector is intended for use along with DeGen's F1 MPS Modular Pedicle Screw System.
2. The F1 MPS system is intended to provide immobilization and stabilization of the posterior non-cervical spine.
3. The connector features a low-profile as well as fixed and variable sizes for posterior thoraco-lumbar-sacral spine surgeries.
4. The variable size option allows for six degrees of freedom for complex spinal stabilization procedures.
