U.K.-based Corin Group will distribute France-based FX Solution's Reverse Shoulder System in the U.S.
Here are four things to know:
1. The Humelock Reversed Shoulder System treats patients with massive rotator cuff tears and severe forms of shoulder arthritis.
2. FX Solutions gained FDA approval for the device in January.
3. Corin Group holds a distribution agreement for the Humelock Reversed Shoulder System, the Humelock II Cementless and Cemented Anatomical and Reversible Fracture Shoulder Systems. Corin Group can distribute the products in the U.S., Germany and the U.K.
4. The device is expected to help orthopedic and joint replacement patients all over the world.
