4. TrackX listed Robert Isaacs, MD, a Durham-based Duke Health neurosurgeon, as a company director and promoter on its recent Securities and Exchange Commission filing.
5. Dr. Isaacs completed his endoscopic and complex spine surgery fellowship at Rush University, Chicago Institute of Neurosurgery and Neuroresearch.
