Miach Orthopaedics has hired Michael O'Hara as vice president of quality assurance and Rita Paparazzo as senior director of clinical operations.
Mr. O'Hara previously served in quality assurance roles for device companies Medtronic and TransMedics. In his new role, he will be responsible for managing Miach Orthopaedics' quality function and management systems.
Ms. Paparazzo has experience in clinical trials research and orthopedics. Previously, she managed clinical trials for device companies Boston Biomedical Associates and Inverness Medical/Biosite. At Miach, she will be responsible for the execution for the company's Bridge-Enhanced ACL Repair implant.
