Spine device company Spineology appointed Matt Cronin senior vice president of sales.
Mr. Cronin served in various leadership positions for Stryker's spine and orthopedic divisions.
Most recently, he was senior vice president of sales and marketing at Joimax, where he led a team launching endoscopic spinal decompression systems in the U.S.
"Minimally invasive spinal procedures have been gaining popularity," Dan McPhillips, vice president of marketing and medical education at Spineology, said in a Jan. 13 news release. "Matt's endoscopic experience will be a great addition to the team as we roll out the OptiLIF procedure in the U.S."
Spineology recently received FDA clearance for its OptiMesh expandable implant and its minimally invasive OptiLIF procedure.
