Implanet entered exclusive negotiations with the Menix Group to divest its knee prosthesis, the company said Sept. 23.
The agreement with Serf, part of the Mexis Group, would divest Implanet's Madison knee implant business. The move would allow Implanet to focus entirely on its spine business.
Implanet announced its intent to sell the Madison implant in May 2020.
