Sigurd Berven, MD, has completed the first clinical use of NovApproach Spine's OneLIF interbody fusion device.
Dr. Berven is chief of the spine service and a professor in residence at the University of California San Francisco orthopedic surgery department.
He used the fusion device for a three-level anterior lumbar interbody fusion, according to a July 1 LinkedIn post.
