1. New York City-based Hospital for Special Surgery has used the OrthAlign navigation device in 16,500 joint replacements.
2. Researchers from Plano-based Texas Back Institute supports Centinel Spine's STALIF M portfolio.
3. Jeffrey Carlson, MD, performed the first case with the Align Peek TLIF and PLIF intervertebral cage.
4. Initial surgeries with Ossifix Orthopedics' bone pin system were completed, the devicemaker said Dec. 6.
