Croom Medical developed a customized 3D-printed sacroiliac joint fixation device, according to a Jan. 27 LinkedIn post from the company.
The device is created with nTopology software and Renishaw selective laser sintering, the devicemaker said. It is designed with materials such as titanium, tantalum and cobalt chrome.
Croom Medical is based in Ireland. The company also manufactures implants for joint and orthopedic surgery, according to its website.
