ZimVie's CEO, Vafa Jamali, made $10.4 million in 2022 compensation, according to a recent Securities and Exchange Commission proxy filing.
The company's March 28 filing revealed the compensation packages for five executives in 2021 and 2022. Compensation packages include salary, stock and option awards, non-equity incentive plan compensation and other forms of pay.
