Medtronic named Greg Lewis to its board of directors, the devicemaker said June 26.
Mr. Lewios is senior vice president and CFO at Honeywell, according to a news release. He will be on the auidt committee and the finance and financial risk committee.
Mr. Lewis joined Honeywell in 2006 and held a variety of financial leadership roles in the company.
