Stryker

Total sales: $5 billion (+11.2 percent)

Orthopedics and spine: $2.1 billion (+9.9 percent)

Hips: $393 million (+8.1 percent)

Knees: $562 million (+12.5 percent)

Spine: $296 million (+1.8 percent)

Johnson & Johnson

Total sales: $25.5 billion (+6.3 percent)

Spine, sports and other: $766 million (+5.8 percent)

Orthopedic: $2.3 billion (+5 percent)

Hips: $397 million (+2.2 percent)

Knees: $363 million (+3.9 percent)

Zimmer Biomet

Total sales: $1.8 billion (+4.9 percent)

Hips: $504.3 million (+3.5 percent)

Knees: $771.4 million (+9.4 percent)

Sports medicine, extremities, trauma, craniomaxillofacial and thoracic: $442.7 (-0.8 percent)
