Spinal Elements launced its Ventana 3D-printed interbody portfolio, according to a Nov. 28 news release.
Ventana includes the Ventana C anterior cervical system, the Ventana P/T posterior lumbar system and Ventana L lateral lumbar system.
The implants are designed to maximize bone graft volume and containment and are made with a specialized 3D printing process.
"The Ventana family of implants have a 3D-printed architecture that allows for clear radiographic visualization during imaging," Neel Anand, MD, said in the release. "The implant windows allow for a large amount of bone graft to be securely placed within the disc space to ensure contact with the endplates, which I believe is essential for the fusion process."
