The shares were sold for about $550.574, investing.com reported March 19. Ms. Norwalk still owns 17,419 shares of Globus Medical. Reasons for the filing weren't disclosed in the document.
Ms. Norwalk has been on Globus Medical's board of directors since September 2023. She was on the board for NuVasive before it merged with Globus Medical.
