Stryker completed its acquisition of spine company Vertos Medical, according to an Oct. 1 news release.
Four notes:
1. Vertos Medical is a company focused on interventional pain management, according to a news release. It is the company behind the Mild procedure for lower back pain.
2. The acquisition was announced in August.
3. Stryker and Vertos Medical will continue to operate as separate entities.
4. Terms of the acquisition weren't disclosed.
