Neurosurgeon Jason Cormier, MD, has been named to the scientific advisory board of Brain Armor, according to an Aug. 28 announcement.
Three things to know:
1. Developed by nutraceutical company Trident Brands, Brain Armor is a brand of neuro-nutrition supplements intended to improve cognitive health.
2. Dr. Cormier specializes in complex spine and brain surgery, including minimally invasive spine surgery and endoscopic brain surgery, at physician-owned Lafayette (La.) Surgical Specialty Hospital.
3. He also practices at Acadiana Neurosurgery in Lafayette and is founder and CEO of Motorsports Safety Group.
