Becker's reported on three places adding spine and orthopedic robots in December:
1. Joseph Kavolus, MD, of Lighthouse Surgical Suites in Hollis, N.H., completed the first clinical case with MicroPort Navibot's Skywalker robot.
2. Allina Health's Owatonna (Minn.) Hospital added a Stryker Mako robotic arm.
3. Andrew Zhang, MD, performed LSU Health Shreveport's (La.) first spine surgery with the Mazor X robot.
